The key is to make your routine fun..

With a dumbbell weight in each hand, extend your arms straight above your head, palms facing each other about two inches apart. If you follow the guides and practice the proper routines, then you can benefit from this equipment. Well-known companies such as Reebok offer a variety of other tools and props to help you to gain the most from your home fitness exercise equipment. Dont forget the weight bench. But, WAIT! Theres more! Elliptical motion machines ALSO simultaneously work the upper body (unlike the treadmill, which works only the lower body)! As the feet go through their elliptical motion, the hands grip the moving handlebars, exercising the arms.
Without an exercise mat, you might even slip on someones else sweat (yikes!). Weve been doing it since we were kids in gym class, and it turns out, the bicycle is one of the most effective exercises for working those abdominal muscles. The key is to make your routine fun.
